“Can non-Buddhists benefit from your activities?”

We welcome everyone, so there’s no need to worry about visiting us.

Many of the Buddha’s teachings can benefit people from all backgrounds. For example, many find that Buddhist meditation helps them relax and keep a peaceful mind throughout the day. The basic moral guidelines the Buddha gave are largely shared with other major religions and modern secular values.

The Buddha welcomed anyone who came to him with genuine interest in learning. All our activities are open to anyone eager to learn about the teachings of the Buddha.

Our goal isn’t to convert people or persuade them to join. As Buddhists, we aim to live without conflict and cultivate goodwill toward all living beings. If you’re interested in deepening your Buddhist faith and practice, we’d love to help.

If you’d like to visit, join one of our regular activities, or contact us to arrange a time to stop by, we look forward to meeting you.
